How long does it take to deliver an order?

Deliveries within Finland take 1-5 business days. We process
orders always the next business day.

International orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is free throughout Finland. If you wish, you can choose
express delivery, where we will deliver your package to the post office on the same day.

We charge a delivery fee of €14.90 for orders delivered abroad.

Where is my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email.

Once we have processed your order, we will send a separate shipping confirmation that includes a tracking code to track your shipment.

Do you also deliver abroad?

Yes, we also ship abroad.

We charge a delivery fee of €14.90 for international orders and the order will arrive within 3–5 business days.

However, we are not responsible for any country-specific customs and tax fees.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email for my order?

If you haven't received an order confirmation, something may have gone wrong in the process.

The most common reason is a technical failure during the payment process or a typing error in the email address.

What does HEJOHD lens technology mean?

HEJOHD lens technology is especially
a solution designed for golf glasses that provides sharper and clearer vision
view, especially in clear weather.

Thanks to the correctly selected lens color, the technology emphasizes color contrasts and helps you visualize the shapes of the field.

The lenses are optimal for the golf course, but are also excellent for other sports, such as running.

Do the products have a warranty?

We trust the quality of our products and offer a 3-year warranty.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us.

The warranty does not cover self-inflicted physical damage.

Do you get your sunglasses with prescription lenses?

Unfortunately, our sunglasses are currently not available in prescription strengths.

However, we are constantly working to add strengths to our range in the near future.

How do I know what size sunglasses are?

You can find the dimensions of the sunglasses in the product information for each model.

The Valeca and Sportvision models have an adjustable nose pad, which ensures an optimal fit.

Are your sunglasses polarized?

So far, not all of our models are polarized.

However, each model has 100% UV protection and is great for a variety of uses.

The golf collection sunglasses feature HEJOHD lens technology, which also reduces reflections. You can read more about the lens technology in the product description.

How do I care for my Hejo sunglasses?

All sunglasses come with a handy protective case that protects the glasses from impacts.

You also get a microfiber cloth for cleaning and a protective bag for storage.

With regular cleaning, our sunglasses will be durable companions for years to come!

Exchange & Return

Is it possible to return products?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products that are unused and in their original condition.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We process returns and refunds within two weeks.
