Right of Return
In accordance with EU legislation, we offer you the right to return a product or cancel your order within 14 days.
However, we have extended this right to 30 days. You also have the option to exchange the returned product for another item.
Return and Exchange Terms

Returned items must be in like-new condition, in the original packaging, and include a receipt or order confirmation.

The return/exchange period is 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

For returns or exchanges due to product quality or condition, we cover the shipping costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The return package must include a return and warranty form.
Return Instructions
Before returning a product, please contact us via the contact form on our website.
We process returns and refunds within approximately 2 weeks after receiving the returned product. We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued. The processing time does not affect your right of return.
Please remember to fill out the return form. We will send you the form via email once you notify us about the return. If the form is missing, processing may take longer than the stated 2 weeks.
For returns related to product quality, we will refund both the product price and shipping cost. Alternatively, you may exchange the product for a new one.
In other cases, we only refund the product price, not the shipping costs.

Refunds for Returned Products
Refunds are issued using your preferred method, except when paid via Klarna—in such cases, the refund will be processed through Klarna.
We can refund to:

An IBAN bank account

A gift card
Refunds for Purchases Made with a Gift Card
Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded to the same gift card used for the purchase.
Klarna Refunds
If the order was paid via Klarna, the refund will always be processed through Klarna.
Even if you have already paid the invoice, we do not refund the amount directly. Instead, the refund is handled by Klarna. Once the return is registered, we notify Klarna, and they will adjust the invoice accordingly.
